Return Process

Log into your GGD account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Technical Inspection
Once received, our technicians will verify the device condition and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
